DodgePrint provides a print-on-demand management platform that enables users to manage product listings, orders, and fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. Our services include product catalog management, bulk listing tools, order routing, analytics dashboards, and AI-powered optimization. Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys for connected platforms. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. DodgePrint will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use DodgePrint only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must comply with all third-party platform terms of service when using our integrations. You may not use our services to: violate any platform's terms of service, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute harmful or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

DodgePrint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tractorinfor LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your designs, product listings, and business data uploaded to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the services. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we may delete your data permanently. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DodgePrint and Tractorinfor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
